The laptop is decent for this price range. The screen is very dim.

If your doing basic functions then this is the computer for you. Can't handle too much at one time so surfing, email, etc. is its best for functioning.

I get that it's on me to do my research, and that it's almost been 2 years since I purchased my Dell. I also know that they come out with computers at least every 6 months. However, probably about 1 year in did I notice an update alert, and from that point alone there were problems with internet speed and websites simply shutting down on me. Bottom line, why make a computer where it doesn't have enough GB to do the Windows 10 update??? Total waste of money in my book! Nothing is wrong with my computer either...it's not broken, etc. I simply just can't perform the update so I can continue to use it. I've never had this happen and I swore by Dell. Bottom line is that I thought I would stop using my computer when I decided, and not when it was decided for me. Geek Squad said this is common and there is nothing I can do. It would be best to buy another computer because the cost would be about the same plus I would have to deal with the same problem every time there was an Windows/system update! Geez...Extremely disappointed. I wish I could get a portion of my money back for being duped in a sense.

Bought this laptop as an open box product, I'm use to Apple computers so wasn't sure how I would do with Windows, but so far so good I'm liking it.

I love Dell products because they are easy to work and the prices are reasonable. They also whole the value.

Although a cheap computer, I like the design, size and color. It simple and does what I need to do. Work on the web. Not for storage obviously.

We use this computer for homeschooling and other basic usage. Overall, we have not had any issues with the computer for what we use it for.
