Discovered the laptop earphone port doesn't work. Although laptop registers that a device is plugged into the earphone port, no sound plays through the earbud while at the same time sound continues to play through the laptop speakers. Returned it in exchange for another of the same laptop. The replacement laptop had the same problem. In the end, returned this laptop and bought another model.

Bought for my 6 year old son for his birthday, it's so slow you can't do anything on it. Half the time it won't even bring up web browser. Don't waste your money.

Full disclosure: I bought this open box. It seems fine except on the internet where it is many times slower side by side compared with my tablet. Seldom use it.

It lacks memory, jams constantly, and is useless. I could not do a thing with it. It even had trouble displaying email. It ought not to be on the market.

This computer is super slow. Comes with Office but it takes forever to load anything and there is no space for storage after you install it.

After sale support... none existant. Too much online after market hoops to jump through. Geek squad not very helpful in getting computer set up when buyer had problems with downloads required after sale to get all the perks that should have been factory installed. Best Buy not only lost this customer but any of my friends who ask about buying there!

I had purchase this laptop for my Son he is 7 years but it does not have enough memory which is useless for school projects.

very slow to open yahoo. often freezes in yahoo. very annoying and frustrating. Fine on other websites but yahoo is my major email provider.

Overall a good laptop but the webcam had to be uninstalled. Good thing I purchased the warranty.

The computer is a lot smaller than I thought. Very sensitive to any movement of the mouse. Great for young children only.
