I bought this just to browse the internet but it was terrribly slow and worthless. Should have done my homework.

Terrible!!! I had to return 2 devices with 3wks The first one poor streaming pixlation. The second one upon initial turn on opened with terrible screeching noises. Then several Windows opening up with bizarre error Windows and multi colored lines filled the screen. Sound quality soo not worth listening to!! too much to continue with!! I have 4 laptops. Never seen anything like it!!

Good for light word processing and checking email, but not much else. Had to return it for something with more power.

Returned the item. Tried to buy an other one $249.00 Asus 15.6 4mb. I applied for 6 months credit no interest. Your guy could not handle it. After 30 minutes & lots of questions, same questions over & over, I walked out. To my surprise, I received a Best Buy credit card . Don't need it. No thanks, will not be shopping at Best Buy again. My wife was with me.. She was very angry.

Slow startup and MS Office lagged right off the bat. Paid less than $100, you get what you pay for

its so slow, i mean so slow and freezes up, returning today, horrible

Screen is okay but processor is so slow it is not worth using.

Operating system moves slower than I expected and it takes longer to load internet pages.

There's not enough hard drive space to make it useful.

I have only been on it one time and since have been unable to sign on to get it to work..

This is a very slow computer. Can not do much with it.

This is a waste of money I would rather pay a little more to get something way better

This computer is horrible. The first day I got it it shut off. While doing homework for school the second day it froze. It does this constantly and kicks me off my school work. I hate it, wish I never brought it and don't recommend it to anyone

Screen was so small. Don't know what I was thinking when I purchased it.

I originally had my mind set on the Lenovo Chromebook for $149.99. However it only had 16GB of memory. Now while it offered 100GB of cloud storage, this Dell offered a year of Microsoft Office subscription free, Webroot free trial for six months I believe, and $20 off an Microsoft Office upgrade for my fiancee laptop. Plus its a Dell which won me over. Far as performance goes its just for basic browsing activities. If you need to do something in Microsoft Office, maybe check Facebook then this is the device for you. Expandable memory up to 128GB so that helps as well. I can't rate it a 5 because it doesn't hold the power as a regular laptop would be none the less as long as you aren't trying to download a bunch of stuff or stream then this is a great product for $144.99

product would not work after 6 months. store warranty at time of purchase not available at time of purchase price to high. warranty from 30 days of purchase online product not covered long enough such a 1 year warranty store declined to repair had to buy warrant at time of purchase.
