Was a great gift, perfect size, really affordable.

I bought the smaller laptop (I guess it's a tablet) because I wanted something to play my board games on. I don't stream movies or TV shows, play those complicated war games and such. It serves its purpose and is easy to carry around. It hardly weighs anything.

I bought 2 of these for my kids for school. They work well for doing homework and research. They were easy to setup and both of them have worked well. They are not extremely fast and I would expect to have to replace them once they reach high school. Still a good buy to do schoolwork and teach responsibility.

This is a very basic laptop which is perfect for someone who just need it for browsing the net. Why overspend? I think that it is perfect for beginners or older people who would never take an advantage of all the features the more expensive computers have. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I don't use this as my main computer but it is a great size for travelling.

I bought the computer for school because I was told by a beat buy worker it would be good. We'll un impressed. Blew through the gigs in 2 months just from updates on the computer itself. Startefacts to wig out and crashed.

Most laptops nowadays come out with touchscreens. I own one myself and frankly, I hate it because the glare on the screen is ridiculous when you're in any environment with light. This laptop gives the bare minimum but serves its purpose as an affordable, essential, non-touchscreen, student computer.

This notebook was perfect for me not only for the size but as something to use in class to take notes and do work. The color is pretty vibrant and runs on Windows which is what my computers at home use so all my accounts were connected.

Easy to carry and easy user interface love the color of my dell and for the price i cant complain, only dislike is the lack of usb ports on laptop but hdmi connection to hd televison is Great way i share movies on a rainy day with family.

Summary: With any budget-conscious person, you want the ideal balance between an affordable product and great features. For the light user, this laptop is great! It does have a USB 3.0 port and a MicroSD slot that allows for easy expansion. Be warned: the 32GB only leaves you with about 17GB after formatting and the Windows operating system. Processing: I purchased this computer for school work and occasional Netflix viewing. The Microsoft Office suite works very well on this computer. Netflix, however, or Amazon Video, does take majority of the very small resources from this computer. This is not an issue, just don't have high hopes of multi-tasking while watching a video, or just multi-tasking resource-heavy programs in general. This is not what this computer was designed to do. Battery: Battery life seems very acceptable for a computer in this price range. I haven't gotten to fully test the entire life of this computer, but it seems to be around 4-5 hours depending on the tasks you are doing. Design: The blue color is beautiful in person. The back is glossy, with a matte finish on the bottom of the unit and keyboard area. The curve on the trackpad adds just enough of a design flair to make this laptop stand out, but also seem a little more luxurious than it actually is. Conclusion: If you are not in demand of video editing power, medium to heavy gaming, or anything of that sort, this is a perfect laptop for you. Anyone needing a school computer or just a web-browsing or word processing computer, look no further!

My son uses this for his college homework. It does not have the power for online gaming which is a plus!

Fast, small and lightweight...considering purchasing 2 more for gifts

The need for yet another new battery (I'd had to replace it twice) for my HP Pavilion laptop led me to purchase a new Dell Inspiron 11.6 - a computer that not only would meet my needs, but was available at a great price - that very same day! I'd grown exhausted by the seemingly constant problems with my HP (battery issues, plus operational problems) and, quite frankly, I wanted "out." When I discovered that another battery would be required to make the HP operate properly and that the cost, plus a little extra money, would buy a NEW laptop, my mind was made up. I'd been checking reviews about the new Dell laptops, which were very good and once I'd compared the features to my HP, I didn't hesitate to buy the Dell. In short, I am delighted with the size, ease of use and performance. Thanks, Best Buy!

The computer works great for what i need it for. I use it mostly when im out of town. It is small enough as not to heavy to carry through the airport. If there isanything i need to look up i have it at my finger tips. small and thin.

On a great sale, this computer was $109. You get what you pay for. This was a great deal for the price, but 32GB solid state drive provides limited options for usage beyond surfing the next and writing term papers.

Purchased this after returning a more powerful Toshiba 11.6 inch laptop. The finish is poor, made of cheap plastic. Start up is fairly quick with SSD flash, and the display is good for laptop in this category, and therefore the 2 Stars. Does hang at times and need to be restarted. Got 5 laptops for the whole family. 3 Toshiba, Dell, and Lenovo (which happened to be my first) which turned out to be the best in terms of being slim, and performance. 32 GB Disk space is limited. Got the laptop, turned on and did windows update and I get a message saying free more disk space for the update. Give me a break, it's brand new and nothing is installed, what can I free? Wish they come with bigger disk capacity, and get rid of clumsy plastic.
