Worked great until Windows wouldn't fit

However, the internal 32GB is too small. Windows updated grew to the point where they would no longer install. This sends the machine into a never ending installation failure loop. Had to create a windows installation usb to get windows to update, thus wiping out the machine. Too difficult for the average user. Buy a micro sd card, and store everything on that. Don't put anything on the internal 32GB drive.

I expect that it will serve her well in completing homework and also for creating drawings using PowerPoint. I wish I had such a tool when I was of her age.

The low storage and slow processer and this particular one feels very cheaply built aome others feel better more sturdy. Just no after updating the laptop and apps and features will jus about fill up your storage. So I would buy an SD card with it. I would recommend this to a friend if they didn't plan using it a lot or for a long-term replacement. I would give this product 2 1/2 Stars if I could.
