    This was a Christmas gift for my mom who is not very computer savvy and was just looking for something basic to check email, facebook and shop online. So far she has not had any issues. Can't go wrong for the price if you're looking for something basic.

    My daughter needed a small computer to use in chemistry lab to write lab reports. The internal 32GB gets mostly used up by Windows. When a large update comes out, there isn't enough free disk space to do the update, and no way to clean up the disk in order to do the update. She loves it, except for this.

    My husband got his from Dell and I got a Chromebook, big mistake I gave my Chromebook to my son and got my Dell from Best Buy. Can not tell you how much I love this laptop!

    Slow right out of the box. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money. I do not recommend this product.
