Don't bother buying this computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer for my daughter, who wanted a small, basic computer to do back functions such as word processing for school papers. The computer seemed to work well until we had it about 3 to 4 weeks, at which time the wifi was not connecting consistently. (Other devices worked consistently well on the wifi network, so the problem was with this device.) I spoke to someone at my local Best Buy store who said a return was not possible (even if the item was defective) because it was not within the 15-day return window. According to her, my options were to take up the problem with Dell or schedule a $200 appointment with the Geek Squad who may or may not be able to solve the problem. I do not recommend this device, and I am sorely disappointed in Best Buy's customer service and policies.

1. Run the Network Troubleshooter.
a) Touch and hold or right-click the network icon (Available Networks or Network Icon, located in the lower right-hand corner).
b) Touch or click Troubleshoot problems and then follow the prompts.
