I bought this machine in preparation for migrating from a macbook. It exceeded my expectations with the hardware and setup. I was able to deploy Ubuntu to this machine with 98% hardware support out of the box. Can't seem to get the fingerprint scanner to work under Linux. Also the machine has plenty enough power to create a virtualbox image of Catalina to run when my withdrawals from Mac OS get to great. Overall magnificent machine!

Very good for class and school. The only thing that could improve would be the trackpad. Not the best but not bad overall.

The spec and the price are very good while it is on sale. However, overheating is the major issue I returned it. When you start cold-boot, the laptop is getting hotter and hotter. Eventually the machine becomes too hot and then shut it down automatically.

just what I needed and what I was looking for, a strong laptop that works well under pressure.

Been a good laptop - definitely like the smaller size with the extra power capabilities. The sound however is terrible and you can barely hear anything - i'll be calling Dell to see if there is something wrong. Otherwise it is a great computer - looking for a good excuse to use the pen but it looks cool sitting there in its dedicated spot just below the screen and I haven't lost it yet!

I purchased this item in "open box satisfactory" condition. I liked the computer but the power button/fingerprint reader was broken (the computer would still turn on because there is some sort of sensor that detects when the lid is opened and turns on automatically). I returned the computer as a result.

Phenomenal. I had my eye on this thing for a while and missed the first sale. I purchased in March '20 right as COVID hit. It has been a pleasure to use and interface with. Powerup and windows are super fast. Form factor as it relates to size and build is exceptional. Stylus function is good, but don't use it a much as I thought. Overall experience is excellent.

I made this purchase at the beginning of the pandemic when best buy first started curbside pickup only,To say the least things seemed quite chaotic. I had planned on going to the store and being able to look at a variety of laptops but instead I stood outside and the associate brought them out one by one to show me my options. I ended up finding a computer thst I was happy with. There was some confusion at checkout because according to my purchase records the item was returned and purchased a second time. I always get the protection on my electronics but somehow I got it on Microsoft office and not on the PC. I am very unhappy with this and will be contacting corporate.

I love the computer but I exchange it for a 15.6 which it's bigger. It's a fast computer
