Using home and end button requires pressing the function key which makes keyboard navigation very inconvenient. Don't forget all the problems associated with switching from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Next time, I would at least get the 15" version.

Don't buy Dell

I bought an Inspiron 7391 and had to send it back twice for warranty issues. The most recent time was about two months ago and Dell is still in possession of my laptop, unable to repair it as they are experiencing delays in getting the necessary parts. Some delay is understandable, but they've had it for nearly two months and can't give me any kind of timeline. A week ago, they offered to send me a new laptop. I agreed and they said someone would call me in 1-2 days. A week later, I called back and they wanted me to agree to a refurbished laptop, subject to Dell approval and something about product availability. I've already bought a different computer and have moved on. I'm just trying to recover something from the money I've sunk into this regrettable investment.

Ran the preinstalled help software. Bad wifi adapter. Called Dell since it was brand new.i was told the 60 day warranty was expired, because Bestbuy bought 6 months ago. Said I could pay to ship it to them. It needed the operating system uninstalled and reinstalled. Bestbuy wouldn't fix it because of Covid closing . So returned it and bought an HP directly from HP.
