External speaker is not that loud which would be my only complaint but that is not be initial reason for purchasing it. Is running flawless so far, would recommend to someone else if they were wanting a laptop for the same functionalities.

I researched for quite a bit to make sure I chose a computer that was right for me and what I need it for. It has all of the things I wanted and was a great price. I haven’t had time to see how the Alexa works with it, but that’s not a priority for me. I’ve had a hard time finding a hard case that will fit it, but I’ll keep searching.

Very user friendly and filled with so many surprises I'm sure there's more for me to discover about this beautiful piece of equipment but I'm very thankful for it that's for sure. I'm not very technical savvy when it comes to technical terms but this is an awesome offer to the shelves from Dell if u ask me..

The display is gorgeous, it’s very intuitive (better than my Mac) and it’s small and portable for class. According to my son it’s fast and he has no complaints. I am no computer guru, but I would trade him my Mac for this if I didn’t have everything synced between my computer and phone!

I generally like the style, size, and function of this computer; however, it is a bit short of ports. It is good for work and for personal use and certainly seems to be a good purchase when reviewing functionality with price.

Thanks for your review and we're happy to hear that you're enjoying your new computer so far. If you'd like to turn off the backlit feature of your keyboard you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure the BIOS is updated to the latest version. For more information, refer to Dell Knowledge base article: What is BIOS and How to Download and Install the latest BIOS? - https://dell.to/3f0wIM3
2. Make sure the Keyboard backlit option is enabled in the BIOS.
a. With the computer powered off, press the power button.
b. Immediately start pressing the F2 key once per second (if the computer boots into Windows, shut down the computer and try again).
Depending on the version of the BIOS on your computer, you may have different options.
On some versions of the BIOS:
1. Click the + sign next to System Configuration.
2. Click Keyboard Illumination.
Note: If Keyboard Illumination is not an option, your computer does not have a backlit keyboard.
3. Disabled or Off - The keyboard illumination is off.
Dim - The keyboard illumination is at half brightness.
Bright - The keyboard illumination is at full brightness.
Note: There may be another option listed under Keyboard Illumination in the System Configuration menu: Keyboard Backlight with AC. When enabled, you can use the brightness level keys on the keyboard to set the brightness level.
4. Click Apply, and then Exit.

I like the small size and touch screen. I am having difficulty syncing my phone and laptop; however I am not very technologically literate. I am having difficulty finding my 2nd email account, but that's probably my issue.
