So it would have been perfect with more than one USB port. Plus I didn't like having to buy an adapter

It was such a great investment, and the flexibility of the machine has mad me wish I made the switch sooner. I would say the size seems to be a bit small, but it's definitely not a hinderance!

I use it for work and personal things and it is great for both! I am very happy with this purchase! The only thing I wish it had was a light-up keyboard.

We use it for gaming, coding, financial management and school work. I would say if you want a bigger screen pay for it but we’re good with it for now.

Was also excited about the 500GB SSD with Optane 32GB, and a 10th gen CPU. But ultimately I returned this laptop. The main reason was the horrible trackpad. It rattled, and was only clickable at the very bottom of the trackpad. You pretty much need to attach an external mouse to use this device. Now, it's entirely possible I had a bad unit, but a google search after purchase revealed others complaining about the lousy trackpad. If you like to turn on tap to click, which I don't, the experience is still horrible. Regardless of sensitivity setting, it registers random "clicks" which gets annoying very quickly as windows close when you don't want them to or selections occur when not needed. The screen, while fairly bright and an ok resolution, has a lot of bend to it and feels breakable when switching to tent or tablet mode. It is also very shiny even indoors, where you will definitely see reflections of yourself and what is behind you when watching videos or movies, especially in tablet mode. The audio quality is passable but very skewed toward high frequencies with little to no bass at all. And when in your lap, your legs completely cover/muffle the speakers. Finally, at this point in time, the laptop seems to have a lot of issues with Windows 10 2004. Recommend not upgrading as some features, like auto screen rotate in tablet mode, stop working. If you can find the all-aluminum model 7373 still, get that instead. Other than a poor battery, it was a better laptop. I do not recommend purchasing.

Thanks for your review and we're sorry that your experience with your new laptop was not what you were hoping it would be. We are sorry to hear that you ultimately decided to return your computer. In the future we're recommend re-calibrating your touchpad to meet your use sensitivity:
Some Notebooks and Tablets with Keyboards have added gesture features to the touchpad hardware and drivers. A few of these features are two or three finger scrolling, pinch zoom, circle zoom, rotate and swiping. These new features may be the reason for the erratic cursor movement since most are turned on by default. You can disable or modify the way the features work in the touchpad driver properties. Here are some tips to modify these settings:
1. In the Search box, type main.cpl.
2. Touch or click main.cpl in the list of programs.
3. Touch or click the Dell Touchpad tab.
4. Touch or click on the picture of the touchpad.
5. Touch or click Gestures (depending on your computer there may not be a Gestures option).
6. Change the options as preferred.
7. Touch or click Save.
8. Touch or click the X in the upper-right corner to close the Dell Touchpad Utility.
9. Touch or click OK on the Mouse Properties window.
10. If the touchpad still does not work after following the preceding steps, refer to Dell Knowledge Base article - http://dell.to/2iaiujA.
