Excellent computer, easy set-up. The size and weight are perfect. The screen is so clear. The only downside is the keyboard as it’s hard to see the letters/numbers/etc in certain lighting as the keys don’t reflect well. Overall, I highly recommend this computer.

Looks good so far. Size is really small, which I'm not used to, but I suppose it has all the same functions of a typical laptop.

Great buy for college student. It is easy set up. Great size and weight for everyday use. The computer is quality it came with all the specs I wanted and the screen feels and looks amazing. Dell did a good job on this computer and it is fast. We also like it is 2 in 1.

The only complaint I have is, the camera won’t work. But I’m waiting on call back from Best Buy to see what’s wrong. Otherwise, it’s perfect for everything I need. Love the size, easy to carry around.

I've had this product for two weeks and until now it has worked very well. The battery lasts approximately one day (when I work on it). The processor is very fast, and overall the laptop is easy to maneuver. So far, so good! I really like this laptop/tablet combo.

The computer runs really smoothly and it works really well and I use it for school. It does sometimes say that it shut down incorrectly when I did not even shut it down. But, overall it is a very good computer!

overall good for college students. The only problem I have is every time I try to wake it up, the screen will freeze for a few seconds.

Absolutely high quality stylish and convenient laptop in its class. Very powerful enough to edit videos in davinci and use photoshop without any shudders. Screen is excellent and only complaint is the track pad, not as good as apples.

Overall its a pretty good laptop for the price range. Bought if for my sister to use for school an it does its job she even downloaded minecraft and it runs fine on it. I have to tier above this one so I definitely recommend this line of laptops.

This computer has some good points- connecting to your cell phone, being small and light for carrying around, and its basic functions like sound, picture, and battery life are satisfactory. But in other ways, it's pretty bad for the money paid- the fan runs constantly trying to keep it cool, the keyboard is hard to read- the letters and numbers are silver instead of black and they don't light up. All in all, I don't think it was worth the money.

typical laptop...needed urgently when my daughter's crashed, very expensive for a small screen but the built-in camera cover is handy. screen has good colors, boots up and runs fast.

Great computer so far especially for the value. Very user friendly. The only dislike I have is the missing number pad one the side of the keyboard other than that great computer.

I fly for a living and need a small and semi-powerful computer for travel. It's Dell quality. Strong, powerful and able to do everything needed for a personal computer. I would recommend this computer to a friend anyday.

Purchased this for and intern at my company. It’s great for web browsing and word processing. Very snappy and as long as you are not throwing heavy task at it, it fairs well.

A few glitchy things. Keep having to re-identify internal mic. regularly doesn't access WIFI and has to be rebooted in order to do so (even with regular reboots).

Has everything you need and nothing you don’t! The keyboard might take a little bit to get used to with its short travel, but other than that I love this computer

I needed to replace an older/slow notebook but wanted something a bit more compact. This unit has worked out nicely. It’s still large enough where the keyboard is easy to use. Monitor has great color too.

I have always used a MAC, so going to a PC was difficult for me. However, it was not as bad as I thought. It’s still slower than my MAC, but it’s doable. Dee

I really like the computer except key lighting. You need to position yourself correctly to see lit up keys. Other than that, its a great computer.
