When you touch sides you feel like hard substance disturbing you(scratchy feel). Rest place for your wrist is very small. If you have bigger wrist, don't go for it. you will find difficult to rest. The product I received doesn't work on volume adjustment. It has same volume on any volume level. May be a defect in my product.

We would suggest checking to make sure that all of the drivers and software are up to date on your computer in order to help with the volume control.
