I bought this product in August after 3 weeks the inbuilt speakers were totally blown off... I thought I would get help with workaround using external speaker but then again it's a new laptop The problem I couldn't get a replacement since it's been more than 14 days and I have to wait for 4-6 weeks for it to be shipped back to manufacture for fix..

I bought this for my daughter to use while working at home during COVID. it is sleek and the keyboard is easy to use. She loves it.

With the virus going on and online school being a normal this has been a good computer for me and my son to use for school.

My 7-year old purchased this with his own money. It was an open box item. Only 3 weeks later and the mouse pad area is broken. We purchased the one-year protection plan for it so that this would be no big deal. Made the 30-minute drive to the store today, only to be told you need an appointment with Geek Squad just to have them take it in. So that appointment is 3 days out. Then they said a repair like that will take 2-4 weeks. Really dissatisfied with the product and Best Buy's handling of the situation. I've been a long-time, very loyal, customer of BB, but they lost that relationship today. I was planning on buying a laptop for myself today too but will be going elsewhere for that now.
