I didn't use it everyday or for long periods. Mainly for personal recordkeeping and internet access. Motherboard failed in June 2025. I was without a computer for a full month while the manufacturer played around; eventually they admitted they couldn't replace it. Since less than a year old and still under full warranty, Best Buy replaced it with the same product. BIG MISTAKE. The new one that I received in July 2025 as a replacement is now failing too. Every boot is delayed due to "checking and repairing C Drive," which it clearly doesn't do successfully. Don't waste your money on this!

Not even a month into owning it and it's slowed down, the screen freezes multiple times a day (only solution is to reset it with the power button). When It restarts, the icons become HUGE. When it sleeps it will either not turn on (the keyboard will light up but screen won't turn on until you hard restart it with the power button again - all open tabs and apps are closed) or it will reopen and everything is closed. I bought this on May 8th. It's only June 13th. I wanted to give Dell a try after years with Macbooks but this was a complete waste of my money and sanity.
