I bought it for my mother cause she needed a laptop, and she says it works quite well. Good for basic needs

I bought a Lenovo and had issues with it so I replaced that with this Dell. I would recommend Dell over Lenovo because I’ve had no issues with Dell so far.

My daughter needed a laptop for class quickly, hers was stolen from her car. I asked what she wanted for classroom work and she wanted another Dell. Best Buy and Dell I couldn't go wrong.

Surprisingly slow, even after upgrading the memory to 32GB, and I'm not using it in a demanding role. Keyboard is the worst part, so thin and short travel that typing is maddening. I also got Macbook Air at the same time which I thought was an extravagance, but I don't swear in frustration when I use that!

Getting all of my questions answered was great. I was able to make a choice from the knowledge they shared with me.

I had bought this laptop from Best Buy on 18th of December in open box which showd Excellent condition. initially, I had a trouble in joining the Wi-Fi on this device plus there was a electeonic tag device attached to the laptop. Hence I took it back to base. They did some investigation connected to the land cable and the Wi-Fi issue was resolved and removed the electonic tag too. letter in few days I found out that the camera on this laptop does not work. It does not start at all. Hence I went back to Best Buy to return the laptop, but unfortunately it was more than 14 days and best buy could not take the return. Best buy shoud not be selling the faulty laptops to customer, and now they are not taking a return. I am very frustrated with Best Buy and their service. Best Buy plese help me on this return.

I bought this in October 2024 for basic use at home. I didn't use it everyday or for long periods. Mainly for personal recordkeeping and internet access. Motherboard failed in June 2025. I was without a computer for a full month while the manufacturer played around; eventually they admitted they couldn't replace it. Since less than a year old and still under full warranty, Best Buy replaced it with the same product. BIG MISTAKE. The new one that I received in July 2025 as a replacement is now failing too. Every boot is delayed due to "checking and repairing C Drive," which it clearly doesn't do successfully. Don't waste your money on this!

Making my projects easier to handle. Have not had issue.
