    Good laptop for the money! Overall Satisfied with the purchase. The weight could have been a bit lighter. A HP laptop with the same configuration is lighter by almost .5 pounds.

    Staff was amazing with returning my laptop and getting me set up with the new laptop. Staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied prior to my leaving the store. I will absolutely be returning for any and all electronics in the future.

    It's really good laptop for day to day use. It works really well and also , the biometrics work perfectly ! Would recommend for light gaming as well !

    So far so good but it's brand new. I only bought it because Geek Squad told me they repaired by other Dell laptop. When I got home, it was doing the exact same thing and was not repaired at all. So that Geek Sqad repair was HORRIBLE.
