Great buy for College Freshman . A bit overpowered but never know what the IT future holds. Very easy to setup. Unlike HP that has you jumping through a whole series of subscription sales and unnecessary software that needs to be uninstalled.

Love the touch screen and the folding capabilities of the laptop! Great for travel.

I needed a Windows computer to compliment by Mac as not all Windows programs work with Macs that well. So Best Buy had a special on this Dell Computer and they sent it in 2 days. Set up was easy and I have been enjoying it for a month getting used to Windows 11. This is a great laptop that turns into a tablet. It is also a good price with a ton storage.

My 5 y.o. Dell laptop served me well while teaching middle-school during the pandemic, so choosing another Dell for an upgrade was a no-brainer for me. Set-up has been a breeze, and the processing speed meets my needs. I'm looking forward to working with this model!

Awesome laptop I am using Dell different series laptop since decade and never got disappointed. This time I purchased this high end and 360 degree rotate one which I am loving. Awesome speed with SSD AND latest processor.

I've needed a new laptop for a while to replace my dying 2014 Dell. This one seemed to be the best option for my budget and needs. I caught it on sale and thought I'd gotten a killer deal, but the problems began the day after I set it up. I put it down for a few hours to go to work and when I came back to it, it wouldn't boot. It took physically plugging it into the wall and holding the power button down for a while before it finally loading to a blue screen of death. It seemed to load normally afterwards, but to say it made me wary is an understatement. A few days later the Bluetooth malfunctioned and while trying to fix it in the settings, the laptop gave me another BSOD. Next issue is the battery life. I read review of people getting 8-10 hours. I'm barely pulling 4 on a good day and I'm not doing anything intense, unless a Word document is considered a workload now. It's a nice device, build wise. I've enjoyed how snappy it is when it isn't performing self-deletion for no obvious reason, but I'm probably going to return it. I need a laptop I can rely on and getting two BSOD on a new laptop is hardly reassuring.

I like the very compact size and the fact that using it is similar to my former laptop, Sometimes I feel it is not as fast, but I often have a lot of windows open. One of the keys failed the first day I used it after loading data and programs from old computer, but Best Buy replaced--without charging the current, higher price, as I had bought at a great sale.

Have just had my Dell for a month. I have always had 15.6" screen but am finding 14" is just fine. Love the backlit keyboard and the touch of the keys. This is being used as a casual home computer and to stream entertainment. I was not looking for a 2 in 1 but I got a great deal on recent back to school sale. It's a huge upgrade from my 11 year old laptop that was ready for recycling.

Bought this as my travel computer. Worked so well it has become my main computer. Fast processor. I use it with multiple screens for photo editing and I am very happy.

Awesome and replaced my desktop computer. I do music and video production and needed a more portable solution and this nailed it. The added function of switching it to a tablet format is extremely useful too. Highly recommend!

So far so good. Had a little trouble with downloads and glitching, but nothing that wasn't resolved quickly. Overall, very happy.

This is a really solid laptop for a great price, Our daughter has an HP and it is very flimsy. She takes good care of it and with normal wear the trackpad sticks and causes countless issues. We almost went with a MacBook for our son, but this has much more bang for the buck. It is very sturdy, well made, and has great performance. He uses it for college, binging Netflix, and recording with FL Studios.
