    I've had this laptop for about six weeks now, and I am truly so pleased with it! Delivery and set-up were seamless, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. It can be a little noisy at times, but that's it. It travels well and helps me stay connected while I'm on the go.

I also wanted to say thank you to best buy for being accommodating and approachable staff because I purchased all my stuff without any hassle.     Works very well. BIOS is slower than Samsung, takes a few extra seconds to get past it. No troubles so far after a few weeks. Touch screen works very well. Keyboard feels very nice and is very smooth. Works with all my peripherals and HP docking station.

    Bought this as a replacement for an old, cracked, laptop. Works great and love that it is both touch screen and has a finger pad scanner to get in! Would recommend if you are looking for a normal day to day computer or for some simple games (like Minecraft or sims)
