Just what I was looking for in a laptop. Small but powerful!

The laptop itself is a lot smaller than expected. Probably my fault for not figuring out its true size. The machine itself is very nice , solid and the colors on the screen are really good.

I’ve had the laptop for about 2 months and it’s still up and running with my everyday uses with school work and business work. Battery last me a good while but only due to using opera gx as my browser. Other than that, all still runs smoothly

Nice laptop . Easy to use.i had some issues with Outlook which I had previous purchased from Microsoft. I was unable to receive or send email. Your Geek Squad was unable to help.

So far I love this laptop. I transitioned from a Mac to this and I am so pleased with the increase in storage space and ease of saving/ organizing my photos.

Great laptop. Performance has exceeded my expectations. It does run a bit hot and if you have it on your lap you will definitely notice it getting warm.

This was a Christmas gift last year for my daughter who attends university. She has told me and I've heard for myself the laptop's fan being very loud. She compares it to an airplane taking off despite having the vents unobstructed. Its an SSD, so not sure why this is occurring. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this laptop: otherwise, it would be a great laptop.

Thai computer is a good computer with many features like Touch ID, camera, light up keyboard and fast speed. Perfect for students who need a windows computer or for work.

Dell laptop is dependable and easy to use. Best Buy price was excellent. Geek squad did a fantastic job of transferring the data from our old Dell laptop.

The laptop with SSD is fast and responsive, making it great for users who prioritize speed and performance. However, if you need long battery life, a sturdy build, or ample storage space, this may not be the best option for you. The SSD is a huge benefit, but other areas leave me wishing for a bit more refinement.

I like the weight and feel! Hing is stiff and screen is clear and bright enough. And for the price (open box) can’t beet it.

Good product - specs are great and the computer is typically Dell (not flashy but does what it is designed to do). I replaced a Samsung Galaxy Pro Book 360, which had 3 breakdowns in 18 months. I like this Dell one much better and I have never had a problem with a Dell computer, so I expect this one to work well for a long time.

Absolutely amazing for a smaller laptop. Excellent for taking to class and working from home with great graphics and enough Ram to tackle heavy data loads.

Best laptop ever!! I use it every day for school work and even on my downtime to watch movies or play the sims on and I never have an issue with it. 10/10 recommend
