    I have used Dell computers for a long time. When an old computer decided to give up the ghost, and die on me, I took it in to Best Buy to the Geek Squad. Because of its age and problems they recommended purchasing a new computer. I found this computer, and it fit my needs and was on sale. Couldn't have asked for a better fit.

    I am not a tech savvy person but I received excellent service from Joseph at Best Buy, who took the time to explain the Dell laptop that I was looking for. I needed to go from a Windows 10 to the 11. Turns out it was perfect for me and I love my new computer.

    The online order of a laptop was delivered to the store at the right time. Very satisfied with the service and the product! Love the features of this computer, backlit keyboard, 1 TB SSD, and most importantly the SD card slot which so few computers have. I download hundreds of photos from my camera so this is very useful. I was disappointed with the color. Even though it is called ice blue, it is pretty much silver. Was hoping for more blue....
