Good price and fast Portable for my daily lifestyle

For a small laptop it is the most powerful that I have used. The display is not big but i connected to external monitors. The system works great. Took me a while to figure out how to disable the internal monitor the laptop came with.

Was very happy with the price, the memory and processing are helping with getting work completed on time

I brought my 3 year old Dell Inspiron to the Geek Squad (in store) as it could not boot up only turn on. After a day of analysis, I was told it could be repaired but the cost would be $400 or more and that I was better off buying a new one. I asked the sales guy for one with the same features as my old one and a Dell Insprion was recommended. Everything has gone okay except, the new Dell does not have facial recognition which I used all the time. Given that short coming, the new Dell seems fine.

I love my new computer. It is easy to navigate and user friendly. Diego answered my every inquiry about the dell computer in a manner that I could understand. I loved how easy I was able to navigate in it. Everyone at Best Buy is so helpful.

To be honest, I borught this laptop in a deal. It was great deal. normally this is $1000 but I purchased from best buy for $599. The product quality & perfomance was very nice.

The packaging was perfect. Arrived in good condition and on time. I received updates on delivery of my purchase. It was delivered in perfect conditions and functions way better than I expected! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I had my last Dell Inspiron for 8 years and was looking to move seamlessly into the next one. This one was just what I wanted. It feels similar enough for just a small learning curve but is definitely updated especially for storage, Screen is great.

I love everything about Dell. My company uses Dell computers so I switched from HP to Dell. My 1st 2 in 1 was HP and it was sooooooo slow. I would have nightmares about having to use that and my HP Bluetooth printer.

Good computer thus far. We've had some issues with downloading but I think that may have been an internet issue instead of the computer. Would recommend based on our experience.

This laptop is a great simple buy. Easy set up, great external appearance, battery life, all the bells and whistles for everyday use

I like my new computer very much extremely fast, easy to use. My old computer after over 13 years stopped working nice to have a laptop to take up less space.

Excellent 2in1 laptop and value. Everything works seamlessly. Looks nice, is lightweight and it has an SD card slot. Not many still do.

Great price on this laptop, i got for our daughter in prep for college. She loves it and it works well.

Its fast, great battery life, 16gb ram and 1 TB of storage for the price you cant beat it. I highly recommend.

I love the computer it’s fast I didn’t have any problems setting it up everything has gone as it said it would. The processor is good for what I use it for and I have no problems connecting to the internet. Great choice.
