For a small laptop it is the most powerful that I have used. The display is not big but i connected to external monitors. The system works great. Took me a while to figure out how to disable the internal monitor the laptop came with.

I brought my 3 year old Dell Inspiron to the Geek Squad (in store) as it could not boot up only turn on. After a day of analysis, I was told it could be repaired but the cost would be $400 or more and that I was better off buying a new one. I asked the sales guy for one with the same features as my old one and a Dell Insprion was recommended. Everything has gone okay except, the new Dell does not have facial recognition which I used all the time. Given that short coming, the new Dell seems fine.

To be honest, I borught this laptop in a deal. It was great deal. normally this is $1000 but I purchased from best buy for $599. The product quality & perfomance was very nice.

I had my last Dell Inspiron for 8 years and was looking to move seamlessly into the next one. This one was just what I wanted. It feels similar enough for just a small learning curve but is definitely updated especially for storage, Screen is great.

I love everything about Dell. My company uses Dell computers so I switched from HP to Dell. My 1st 2 in 1 was HP and it was sooooooo slow. I would have nightmares about having to use that and my HP Bluetooth printer.

This laptop is a great simple buy. Easy set up, great external appearance, battery life, all the bells and whistles for everyday use

Good computer thus far. We've had some issues with downloading but I think that may have been an internet issue instead of the computer. Would recommend based on our experience.

A very good laptop helps in my daily academic work
