    Good product - specs are great and the computer is typically Dell (not flashy but does what it is designed to do). I replaced a Samsung Galaxy Pro Book 360, which had 3 breakdowns in 18 months. I like this Dell one much better and I have never had a problem with a Dell computer, so I expect this one to work well for a long time.

    I brought my 3 year old Dell Inspiron to the Geek Squad (in store) as it could not boot up only turn on. After a day of analysis, I was told it could be repaired but the cost would be $400 or more and that I was better off buying a new one. I asked the sales guy for one with the same features as my old one and a Dell Insprion was recommended. Everything has gone okay except, the new Dell does not have facial recognition which I used all the time. Given that short coming, the new Dell seems fine.
