    It’s a good computer but Geek squad people were not able to make the camera work with Windows Hello Sign-in face recognition, and microphone is noisy when at video conferences

    Great machine, and love the 2 in 1. The problem is that there is currently no Dell Pencil which is compatible with this machine. There is supposed to be a fix coming out, I hope this is true.

    The laptop is well worth its price. I really like it EXCEPT FOR ONE THING... The GEEKS screwed up the transfer of information to it from my previous Dell laptop. I even went back to the store a couple of weeks later for a GEEK Appointment, and the GEEK failed to finish making necessary corrections. He told me he had done his job correctly - to which I asked for supervisor, and she was no better help than he - so I brought my SCREWED-UP laptop home and am seeking outside assistance (THAT COST ME MONEY!!!)

    Received my laptop today from fedex. The box only had a dead laptop in it. No charger at all. When originally purchased it stated it was in excellent condition and had all accessories and item with. Called customer service they said I would be able to just go to my local best buy and they would be able to give me a charger. Went to my local best buy to be told that they cannot do that and I would need to purchase a charger. I said absolutely not, I just spent $554 on this laptop. After much aggravation I just told them I would like to return it. I am completly disappointed in this. It is false advertisement and a scam. I needed this laptop for school. Now I have to wait until I get my refund to get a new laptop which further delays my studies even longer. Best Buy needs to do better and value their customers better

    Won't Buy from Best Buy again

    I have had a Dell laptop for less than two months and have been having issues with the screen reverting to portrait vs. landscape - which is what I would like. Best Buy won't help as they say the warranty was for 15 days only. If we want help it would cost at least $40. I would not recommend them as they aren't backing their products.

    laptop overheated quickly and the fan was insanely loud. Ran great though just wish it didn’t sound like a jet engine

    This laptop is the worse laptop I have ever used. The screen will randomly just go black while I am using it and then whatever im working in is just lost. I have completed the set up, done the updates, and still it does this. It brings you to the bios screen everytime. I have run diagnotics , used the antivirus program and nothing fixes it. I use the laptop for work and I have never been so frustrated with an electronic device.

    I bought this while on sale thinking it was a good deal based on mostly positive reviews and prior good experiences with Dell products. But this is not a good product. For a $900 laptop you expect a great quality. Worked great the first time I used it. The second time I turned it on and within 3 minutes the screen flickered for a few seconds before freezing up. Then it began turning on and off on its own repeatedly. I tried charging the battery overnight only for the same exact thing to happen the next morning. The laptop is unusable. I’ll be contacting Best Buy and/or Dell for a refund. This was so disappointing.

    I would give a 0 if possible. Your customer service department is the worst I have ever experienced. Due to a merge of my accounts, you lost my $470 in reward points as well as disconnecting my credit card from my acct. After 60 phone calls Im told sorry and nothing can be done. I emailed CEO and SVP to see if the could assign a customer advocate with no response. I will never buy from them again.
