I am writing my feedback after one month usage of the laptop. 1. This is my first personal laptop but I am using many office laptop in the last 10 years. 2. Performance 5 out of 5 3. Display quality 5 out of 5 4. Camera quality 5 out of 5 5. Storage 1TB, no words to say 6. RAM 16 GB is helps to play games without lagging 7. Touch screen experience is great 8. Only drawback - Microsoft Office need to purchase separately. 8. Value for money

This computer has been great for working remotely. It has enough umph to multitask and run Teams and video calls. It runs smooth. I've had zero problems. I wish the screen were larger, but that is a matter of choosing a larger screen. Easy to travel with though.

This Dell 2 in 1 laptop is great for work and personal use. The i7 processor is super fast paired with 16GB memory and Intel graphics, I have no problem using Adobe Creative Cloud to work on photos and graphics for my work. And the touch screen tablet mode allows me to work anywhere.

The works great no issues at this time. The computer fast. Plenty of memory using it for schoolwork Lightweight and easy to carry. very good help and store picking out the computer. Battery life is very good Through all my classes.

Works very well for what is needed. Lighter and smaller so that it is more portable. Starts quickly and have not had any malfunctions since purchase. The issue I had was not being to attach to my printer. The only error I would receive is that that the HP series printer was not a preferred printer for the device.

Easy to use and a great price. I was looking for a reasonably priced laptop that had good storage and speed. This one checked all the boxes for me. It was easy to set up and works great.

This is a very sleek laptop. It works well when you have many tabs open. The color is great and touch screen works fanatstically. I think I am going to be a loyal Dell Inspiron person as long as they are around. It's definitely a work horse, as the salesman stated with the first one I got. Dell's rock!

Finally upgrading my aging Dell Inspiron 13. I don't need very high performance while on the road, battery life and weight its more important to me. This new Dell 14" Inspiron delivers. Keyboard is good, battery life is great on balanced and serves my travel needs well. Would have liked a higher resolution screen and HDMI with a higher resolution output but the USB-C solves this problem. I can work on the road and just plug into my Monitor with one Cable to get External Display and Mouse/Keyboard and External Drive support as my Monitor has a built in hub. Finger print sensor is a plus as well as the touch screen. I hardly use the laptop in tablet mode but the touchscreen comes in a bit more handy that I expected.

Great speed for multitasking work; just the right size to carry around in my field work; I've been using Dell laptop for 15 years so the next i purchased it's Dell again! Worth the price!

Great laptop - even at full price ($999), but often goes on sale. I was looking to replace an older Surface tablet, and bought this one on sale at the recommendation of a very helpful staff member. It's fast, smooth, great keyboard. I use it mostly for writing/work, some streaming, so a good keyboard was a must. The Surface was very portable, but the keyboard was not for me. The trade off for this laptop (just know going in, not any reason to dock it a star) is that it's heavy - between 3 1/2 and 4 pounds. I was looking at a Surface laptop, but this had twice the specs at half the price and, while I travel with my laptop, work in one location for the day. So, weight wasn't a make-or-break for me, although it's noticeably heavier than the thinner, smaller, ultra-portable devices. But it feels solid - great build quality, great tactile feel on the keyboard, great feature set, battery life, display and a beautiful color. Don't let 'blue' persuade or dissuade you - it's more of a silver. And it's still thin and light - just not XPS 13 or Yoga Slim thin and light. Love this machine! Review posted after three months of daily use - no issues so far.
