I was very excited to find this in a flash sale. I wanted a basic, lightweight laptop for web, typing, and email. Unfortunately, this one was not worth the price for me. It was painfully slow and would not recognize the charger at times. I ended up returning it.

Good Value - The only thing to consider is the Hard Drive Internal, if you use the cloud or external HD no problem

Does all the regular functions easily. Great low-end option.

I recently bought this computer for my mom. The computer is pretty lightweight so you can take it with you easily, and not too large. The only thing we don't like much is it is not very fast, it slows down a bit if you have more than one thing running.

This Dell will make a great secondary computer. With Office included, it a very good value. Don't expect miracles at this price but it will get the job done.

It's nice and affordable but, a bit slower (with internet seaches) than I'm used to. It's slower than the chromebook I purchased and I thought it would've been faster or at least speed compatible.

It has done the job. I wish I had thought to purchase an external hard drive when I bought the computer. Let me know when you run a special on them, please.

Great size and weight, but the memory on this laptop just doesn't cut it. It didn't have enough memory to support anything more than the pre-installed software, and I wasn't able to remove any of it. Physical dimensions are great, but it all stops there.

My daughter is 13 and she LOVES the laptop. The windows are easy to use and there have been no problems. Great buy!

The Dell laptop is easy to navigate around. It's a great computer for first time owners. It made things even easier having the geek squad set it up for me

I grabbed this as a deal of the day. Given the price, I figured I couldn't go wrong. The intention was for light use mainly during travel. I would give me the option of connecting directly to most hotel tvs for watching Netflix and doing some light office work. I ultimately returned the item due to the size of the screen and went with a smaller Lenovo for the same price.

This item is great for websurfing, email, and misc. light office work. Wish Dell had more items with that screen size too. The graphics are very clean.

Its a great product for the grandkids. The price was really good. It works great as a second laptop. I love it.

Computer very easy to setup and load programs on. Meets the basic needs for word Processing and photo editing.

This laptop is good for checking your email and your social media accounts.

A nice laptop for general use or substitution when traveling. Not very powerful for jobs, but should be fine for sending email and watching movies

I bought this for my Granddaughter who is 16. She loves it, it was easy to set up and easy for her to use.

windlows 10 is horrible its is difficult to work and ive had to reset my computer to factory settings twice already
