I got this Dell on a great sale at 50% off. Sine I'm in no way a power user or gamer, this little Dell does a great job for me. So far so good.

Works great nice and fast .dose a great job with the wireless networks I wish I would have got 3 more of them for my kids for the price we paid

Computer is a basic computer that I am able to record voice projects. It is also a good computer for writing & connecting with the internet.

Bought for elderly parent. She mostly enjoys this laptop for her largely cloud based activities. Does seem to have a wake from sleep issue, also be aware that the latest Windows 10 build will require the use of either a usb drive or sd card (in our case with a minimum of 10gb free space).

Easy to use and great price with Microsoft for a year. Bought it for my 12 year old and he loves it.

This has shut down a few times and we barely had it a month. Also we had discoloration on so of the game that was purchased. Not sure if that the game or the dell laptop. But anyway it working OK for now but I do plan on taking it to geek squad soon .no time but may have to make time....

I bought this laptop for my father--who primarily checks emails and surfs the Internet. The screen size is just right (not too small).

I bought this laptop beause one it was inexpensive (not cheap) and it had everything that a basic user needs. The laptop came with Office 365 which was a bonus because I needed it for documents and spreadsheets. It doesn't have a large drive and fast memory so it is not for gamers or streamers but it meets all the needs for a student.

The first one I bought had to returned for pixel issues. The second one had to be returned for connection and set up issues. The third one seems to be fine. It is a basic computer for basic Internet use. If your wifi is not strong enough, you may have some issues getting online.
