Never again

Simply surf the internet and be able to run office. Computer comes with Windows 10 and after installing office there was no room for required Windows 10 updates. Returned computer and the refund didn't show on my debit card for 5 days. I can't see me ever going out of my way to shop at best buy again, like we did this time. I'll go somewhere with knowledgeable sales people.

Don't Assume that It Will Work because It's a Dell

When I bought an SD card to increase storage, it developed a problem with password recognition. After failed attempts with (very polite) Dell technicians, was told that this laptop really required a hard drive, not the 32G electronic drive. Have spent a month trying to fix this thing.
