Perfect for first time users and younger kids. Not good for someone who has a problem with shaking or has had a stroke.

My daughter needed a basic laptop for her college classes and this one has done its job thus far. Would buy again

I purchased this device while my other computer was being fixed. I only needed SKYPE and access to my email. I did not fully comprehend the limitations of the very slow computer. Perhaps this computer is fine if you do not have any sense of urgency for e-mail or internet. If you have the patience to cope with slow...........this is your product. If so, it is a great deal for the amount of money.

After researching similar laptops online, we decided on this laptop and have been very pleased with our purchase. The fact that it was on sale, included a bonus software for free was the icing on the cake.

Won't buy again my kid don't like it have had to re set it 4 times since I got it

If you go in knowing the limitations you won't be disappointed! It is basically a tablet/word processor more than an actual laptop. So if your looking to write papers and play on the Internet it's great!

This laptop is pretty basic but is good for light work and web browsing. Not a real work horse though.

Great laptop. But space is limited. Bought it for my son for gaming. Didn't realize it didn't have the space he needed for his game downloads.

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas ... He's been having issues with it and doesn't really play with it ...

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop and I found it with this one. It does everything that I need it for (Checking e-mail, social media, etc.).

Had to be at home due to some surgery and healing time - and this was just what I needed to get groceries, news, and medical contact with my doctors. It took care of all the basics!

This computer is slow and the keys are more recessed than what I am used to.

Despite no labelling on box other than 32 GB HD, nothing can be added to this computer It does not even have enough memory to run 1 regular windows update. Best Buy won't tell you that when you buy it and certainly will not attempt to find a workable solution. You are just SOL and they are happy about it.

My laptop crashed and I needed an inexpensive notebook mainly for e-mails. This fit the bill eminently. Have not used it much since repairing the other one but it is a handy size if traveling.

this computer came with a subscription for 1 yr of Microsoft office....it won't load stating not enough space...only thing on the computer is security and the wireless printer...called best buy....they REFUSED to help....only told me to bring the computer back and they would give me another one...sorry, don't have the time or gas in the car to drive all that way for this...

This laptop is sufficient not great but meets my minimum requirements. I would not purchase the model again.

This computer works well but I am not able to store any pictures or music on it and have to be very careful about downloads because of the amount of storage available. Out of 32g the computer uses almost 20 for its operating programs.

Needed a low end dependable PC for basic web browsing and Office applications This is delivering what I expected. Slow browsing speed at times. RAM is low, cannot be upgraded. Will have to store stuff on a cloud account or thumb drive due to the small amount storage on the unit. Overall, not bad.

I'm happy with this light laptop. The basic features such as WiFi are nice. To me the availability of Office 365 is an important fact to let me make the decision to purchase this Dell laptop.

I wasn't looking for a computer but the price was amazing. After all it is a Dell. My son was very surprised when he received it as a gift.
