This Dell laptop is great! It comes with firewall software that came be renewed and it always keeps you updated on updates. It is very reliable and takes commands immediately. Great laptop!

I got this computer for my aunt as just something for her to get on facebook with and type if she pleases, which is pretty much what this it good for. Better than a Chromebook because you can install software but still not a top-notch choice for those needing a solid computer. Being that she's not very tech-savvy I had to set it up for her it was easy and went smoothly. So far it's been a good pick for the money. If you're looking for a beast, clearly this is not it, but for something simple and efficient it gets the job done.

I needed a laptop asap on a budget. This fits the bill, a little slow, but appreciated Office 360.

It's a decent product for a beginner like a teenaged kid that needs to surf the web for classes...

Price was awesomely affordable for a laptop like this. Not the top notch devices out there, but excellent to have around the house.

Dell. It's the best value overall. I've owned and used them all. All PC's will have issues sooner or later no matter who makes it and what they say. Dell is the most consistent in the last 15+ years, easy to use, easy to fix, relatively inexpensive, great for beginners or for the working environment. Who am I? Business owner running, been running Dell for myself and all my companies and employees for over 10 years.

Problems with it moving slow. And after awhile it just went out

Its very economical laptop . The display brightness is bad . in short , you get what you pay for.

A nice PC for traveling or basic use. Doesn't have much saving space but can't easily be fixed by getting an external hard drive.

I purchased this laptop because I needed something instead of my phone. It is really slow and takes forever to download anything. It's good for maybe typing a doc and sending it to yourself. To be honest I rather work on my cell...I don't even use it anymore.

This computer was used for a gift. They really enjoyed it!

I am still learning the new windows 10. The laptop is nice.

Does what i want, at least for the time being. I don't require much and not much is what I got.
