I purchased this laptop for my mom( who is not computer savvy....at all). The laptop works well. I gave 4 stars because the battery died a few weeks after purchasing. Laptop was covered under a one year warranty so it was replaced quickly.

Night this for my daughter for Christmas with intentions of her being able to play Sims4....can't even install the game because here isn't enough memory.

This laptop is great but I didn't realize that it didn't have a disc tray lol

The laptop is ideal for my personal use. Since it is small and lightweight, there is no problem carrying it wherever I want to use it. It was easy to setup and works beyond my expectations.

You get what you pay for.....Windows 10 takes up the majority of the memory, I would suggest adding memory to this laptop to make it worth the money.

I bought this laptop for my 12 year old son to use for school work. Since most of his courses use online study guides and collaborative apps, it didn't need it to have a huge hard drive or a CD/DVD drive. The small HDD also limits the amount of apps that he can download, so it keeps it from being another gaming system. So far it has worked fine, but it isn't particularly durable. It has a a fairly flimsy "look and feel", but I had anticipated that he wouldn't use it more than 2 years anyway. Still, for the price, it is the perfect laptop for him.

A prefect great gift for Christmas for somebody who had an outdated laptop.

I purchased the computer and i set it up it was fast and easy. I loved it.

Long startup time; but fully satisfactory speed performing all web mediated operations. Good wireless performance including steaming video. Wonderfully light and portable. Original battery failed on the first day; but unit continued to work on transformer power. Replacement battery fixed the problem.

I recently retired and needed a computer. I used a Dell product at work so decided to go with a Dell product. So far I am very happy with my purchase and got the laptop at an excellent price. I would definitely recommend it to others.
