Was only able to use it for a few months before the computer went down and we are having to have it looked at.

I have purchased many of these laptops for my mobile staff and have had no issues. They are light weight, durable and easy to set up. Highly recommended for a small business.

After the first update there was no memory and the computer completely quit working within 6 months!

Just needed something cheap and easy to throw around for the daytime, and this one seems to be the right price with decent hardware. Everything has worked great so far for what it has...happy with it for the price, it gets the simple work done.

I like the size, weight, performance, and the clarity of the monitor. I do not like the speakers. They are already distorted (badly) in only 4 weeks of ownership. I also do not like the small hard drive. Dell preloaded so much on the hard drive that I was not able to load ITunes after loading Microsoft Office. I now must purchase additional hard drive space.

Iit comes with win 10 installed but when it needs to update, it cant!!

You have to think for what do you want a laptop. If you'd like one for access internet and use simple programs, like word, excel, etc. This is sufficient for you, but if you'd like a laptop to play games, please make another choice.

I bought this laptop for my writing, and it is perfect for that purpose. It was reasonably well priced, and has performed perfectly for me.

Besides 30 photos of people from an unknown family, error messages were in the computer history log were dated back to October when I bought the computer at least a month later.

Went to Best Buy to purchase an inexpensive laptop. Installation was a breeze.

I thought I would love this computer, and I did. The price was right, it ran smooth, and it ran cool. I wasn't paying attention to hard drive space yet. Anyway, without even installing anything of my own, the computer became too full to install further updates. Returned it the day after I got it.

Love this laptop for the price - perfect for my needs. I use for emails/correspondence and searching the internet (shopping) only! I downloaded itunes, no problem so I could sync my phone. Perfect value for the price. Thank you!

I bought this computer for my elderly mother and it is perfect. We wanted a basic computer that is great for google searches and e-mail. It is a good quality computer for the price.

Slower than my tablets works well for homework. Bought for family tablet durable for the kids.

EXTREMELY slow when surfing web, could only get good microsoft office use out of it. Waste of money

The computer works well enough for a second carry about device if you don't care for working on the various phone iterations of computers and you don't want to spend a lot of money for the fancy tablet/computer combinations.

My desk computer died and I didn't want to spend much money. This is just perfect for my needs.

This laptop works well for simple functions - email, internet, and it came with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Access, Excel) free for the first year.

My former experience using the Dell computers at my past employment and the local library was pleasant.. For price and performance I am very satisfied with this Dell laptop.

Good computer, but not much memory. This computer mauy be good for a kid, but not for an adult.
