We recently purchased 2 of these laptops (Dell - Inspiron 14 Laptop - Intel Celeron - 2GB Memory - 32GB eMMC Flash Memory) for our kids to use in school. We've owned lots of laptops over the years and with all the technology advances in computers, tablets and smart phones, that the low end laptops today should be at least as good as middle of the road computers 10 years ago... I was so wrong. This laptop frequently is buggy and the memory is a huge issue. You can buy a $25 flash drive with more memory than this laptop. The other day, one of them began doing some Microsoft updates and we had to practically delete all documents from the laptop and connect a 64 GB flash drive to get it to complete. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP!!! I thought it might be sufficient to get my kids through the next few years, but now realize that I'll probably have to replace them within the year. What a waste!!

Good computer for kids we begin to set it up and it automatically prompted us to put on parental controls and it was very easy to set up for children to use would love to get more of them for other children

There is a reason it's so cheap out of date and extremely slow. An obsolete computer

seems like we made a good choice on this device, just do not need the free anti virus software, the constant alerts to install it are unnecessary that is the only negative point about this purchase,

Not bad for the price. You get what you pay for and it gets the job done.

I purchased this for my wife who is attending school in Plano, TX. I am in Killeen, TX. 3 hours away. She has been having trouble from the first week. She is not familiar with that area and has basic computer knowledge. I contacted Geek and agreed that it is more than likely a defective screen. She does not finish school until April 8th. I will send it into Dell when she gets home.

Too slow to do any internet searching. Touch pad seemed slow to respond too.

Good laptop for low task use. Does everything I need to do email watch videos. Good screen Good Sound Well made for the price. But I would change the ram to 4gb! 2gb is not enough.

The 14" dell was a great buy for the money. Light, compact and a perfect size screen for travel. Although I love my tablet, there are still times I prefer to use a laptop and love windows 10.

I purchased this item and then found a better buy for a different item and I returned this item. I would still recommend this item to a friend.

The product is slow to startup and has issues when using the interweb.
