I bought this for one of my crew leaders so he could email, do office programs, and track production while he was in the field. It works great.

I bought this laptop in August 2016 to use for my online classes so for I have had no issues with it and it has done all that I needed it to do!

Two days after installing this laptop, I had a problem toggling between wifi and airplane mode. Researching this issue, I found this is a known software bug with this model, and I had to perform some kind of Reset. I would expect that when buying a new laptop software would be completely up to date.

Not as I expected the sound is horrible! I would not suggest this laptop.

Purchased this laptop so when I travel I can keep track of personal business. Didn't need any fancy laptop with a lot of memory or storage.

While watching shows it tends to freeze up and can become frustrating.

Excellent product for the money. Dell has always been my pick in computers that are windows based.

Average computer which is good for email. Not great for web searching.

This product is pretty good for tha amount I paid. I'd consider getting another for family members.

Won't hook up to the internet key board have to type twice to come up

I got this for my mother as she had broken the one I had previously loaned her and she didn't have a desktop. The screen was large enough to use regularly without giving up the portability and amazing lack of weight for the laptop. I got it configured relatively painlessly in short order. She took it with her on a trip last weekend to her sister's and was the envy of the crowd there due to what a small form factor the laptop has.

I bought this laptop for my second grade son to study I'm his homeowok online and it works great!

I brought this product as an open-box we got an excellent deal and it was well worth the money.

Works good, connects with WiFi no issue, not all apps available (Sling) but it gets Netflix and youtube so perfect for my boys room.
