Perfect for our needs

He uses it for only a few simple tasks, so when the old one was having lots of software glitches, we went to buy an up to date basic computer. This one fills the bill, with very little difference for my father to learn, in terms of navigating the keyboard. Perfect for our needs and a great price.

Slow computer with limited uses

When I would be typing in a word document, it would just freeze up almost every other word. I've had dell computers before that were fine but this one is the worst computer I have ever owned.

Turns out it wasn't the same one. Then i had to purchase windows for it. The one I looked at had it already installed. Frustrating
