    This is an okay laptop for the price. I feel as though I should have gone ahead and invested a little more on a better system. It is fine for basic stuff but doesn't knock my socks off.

    I am not sure what the problem is. I was not able to log back on, after a few days using this laptop. I was directed to install USB inorder to log in. I did. Still unable to log in. .

    For an everyday home pc, this is a great replacement. No problems so far, and the geek squad replaced data from the old fried pc -- a minimal annual fee which is worth it for us. We also upgraded our old surge protectors.

    I received the first one it wouldn't work I got a replacement that didn't work and it was a Christmas present so that made it worst I don't know why I waste my time with Best Buy.....

    If you are looking for a laptop to pay bills, read email, and other light jobs, this is a very good product. I purchased this laptop for travel and to perform the task above. I do not plan on putting anything much on the hard drive. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

    the computer was obviously opened & returned wasn't wiped clean had nothing but problems with it from the get go had to be returned

    I got this for my nephew not knowing how hard setup and what I needed to add would be. Had geeks quad help just to Start the using.process but there is also no disk drive.

    I purchased for a specific program to be run each day in an office. I purchased open box items x 2 of these and it has not been disappointing. I would not use this for gaming or a lot of applications. For the cost, it is a solid buy for a few applications and no gaming.
