This computer is great for everyday use. Great to use for browsing, shopping, and paying bills.

Took 1 1/2 hours in the store to purchase the computer. Was told that I had to purchase the 365 Microsoft program, although it said it was included. I had to pay another $50.00 for that. Was not given the code to download the software. Various items that were in the ad, Kerperski Software, etc. Overall, this purchase has been a complete failure, with no support from the store or corporate office.
