Very slow. So-do comes and goes - there seems to be an issue with the wireless adapter.

Do not buy Dell took up 29 GB that you can not update anything. I returned computer and got an HP.

When visiting Best Buy the day after Black Friday I was browsing the available laptops and narrowed my choice down to this Dell and a Chromebook. Having knowledge about computers and their specs helps in understanding how a specific computer/laptop will perform. I already own two laptops, one being a high-end laptop, so I was looking for something light (in weight) that I could use for internet surfing, emails, Word docs, and Netflix steaming. Before purchasing this Dell I had a good idea of its capabilities. The fact that it came with one year of Microsoft Office 365 was a plus. Understand that this Dell has a Celeron processor which is an entry level processor and is not going to be the fastest. It does not have a DVD drive, which I did not want. You can always purchase a USB DVD drive to connect if you need one (they are inexpensive). The RAM was low (2 GB) but I was ok with this fact. Keep in mind that the overall price is going to determine (for the most part) the specs of any laptop. Since this laptop has no DVD drive or hard drive (it has a flash drive), that means there are no moving parts (which is what I was looking for). I purchased this Dell in November 2015. Since then, I have used it for internet, Microsoft Office, and steaming Netflix. I have not had any issues or regrets about the purchase. If you are looking for a laptop to do basic tasks, then this is a great laptop at a fair price. It is very light, has excellent battery time (8-10 hours), and performs as I expected it would. I use this laptop to do college coursework as well. It does take a little longer to load some websites, but keep in mind it does not have an i3 processor or 6 GM of RAM. Waiting a few additional seconds to load a website is not going to aggravate me. I did uninstall McAfee Internet Protection which gave me more room on the flash drive and made it perform a bit faster. The machine only has a 32GB flash drive so you will not be able to download a bunch of apps or additional programs after installing Microsoft Office 365. It does have USB ports for a USB drive and I have connected it to my HDTV via a HDMI cable (it works fine). Summing up my review, I love this laptop and take it with me whenever I am away from home and need to have access to a computer.

This computer isn't worth the money. Just to use it you'll need to buy a hard drive since it literally has no memory. It's 2016, this is a ridiculous problem to have in my opinion.

Not good at all ., key board was glitchy .. Tough to manage .. Poor memory

This is honestly the worst computer I ever purchased. I did work and technically did what it needed to, but the trackpad was very unresponsive, the battery would die when shutdown...not sleeping, but shut down (off), and the whole thing just felt cheap. Then again, it was cheap – unbelievably cheap! So I don't know what I was expecting, but I ended up returning it.
