I couldn't even load up a page the memory is way too low

My computer crashed now i have to return it.please call

Since I got this computer the wifi had issues and ended up getting a different one .

This isn't the best laptop out there but again for basic use it does the job.

I was very happy with this purchase until the screen cracked for no reason.

Not a great computer if u want to play game or anything else I returned

I purchased it and got home to find that Microsoft office was not already downloaded, which is the main reason I purchased the item to begin with. I had to call Microsoft and they had to do it for me. It has terrible screen quality, it is super slow and has difficulty connecting to different wi-fi setups.

i was took that just put cd in and download there is no place to put cd

Disclaimer: I got a refurbished product. I bought a refurb, needing a cheap computer for basic use- just email and paying household bills. It froze constantly, and the loading speed was akin to the dial-up days. I returned it and got an HP notebook instead.

For $120, I couldn't resist it. As is typical with all of these low storage capacity Windows devices, 32GB storage is NOT enough. Without installing any apps, there's only approx. 12GB available out-of-the-box. After the first wave of updates the available space quickly drops below 10. Space was so cramped that there was insufficient free space available to install the latest Dec Windows 10 update. Even after performing all of the usual tricks to free up space, it was a tight fit. (Deleting Office 365 still didn't increase free space enough) Eventually I got the update installed and have about 9.5GB free. Having said that, as a 14" notebook, it is pretty nice. Keyboard feels comfortable. Trackpad is surprisingly good. The cheap, flimsy chassis makes it very light. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the RAM could be upgraded, so I installed a 4GB DDR3L SIM ($20 from Amazon). Installation was easy. Unfortunately, the storage cannot be upgraded... there is a space where a harddrive could go, but no wiring harness to attach it to the system. The eMMC is soldered to the motherboard and not replaceable. Instead, I purchased a short microSD adapter (one designed for the Macbook Air) and inserted a 64GB microSD card into it. I inserted the adapter into the notebook and it fits perfectly... a little too perfectly, in that if I ever want to swap out the microSD card, I'll need to use tweezers. But nothing protrudes from the chassis and I can keep the microSD card permanently installed. I formatted the SD card as NTFS and set it up as a virtual drive so that I can point OneDrive to it and install apps that need to be on "C". I'm embarrassed to admit how much fun I'm having tinkering with this. TLDR; If you are looking for a general purpose notebook, please look elsewhere. If you are looking for what is essentially a Windows-based Chromebook or something to tinker with, this is a pretty good option.

OS was not loaded correctly. Was not offered an explanation by store. Store tried to say item was not under warranty although three weeks old. Open box program is a mess! Buyer beware!

I returned this at my expense since it had NO touch screen. My own fault for buying an open box,I was lead to believe it would have been checked out before selling it again.

It has never worked and you can't charge it either. I don't have the money to waste. Bad Product!!!!

This laptop does not have the space to even run updates, not recommended. Not sure why dell has put this out on the market.

Just another way dell want you to spend money. Not much you can do with this and it is extremely laggy and buggy.

Did not work out of box. Took back to store and do not make anymore. Had to replace with different brand.

Got it on sale. Not enough to memory space. Just wanted it for work.

Will connect for few minutes then unconnect then connect again after few minutes. Happens all the time.

You can't even lie a game of Sims since the hard drive is too small, and can't be changed!
