Buy something else

Within 2 months of having it he started having problems with the screen not staying on. Eventually it would not come on at all. Contacted Dell and sent it in to their repair depot. Basically they replaced everything except the outside housing. I started to set it up for him and couldn't even run any updates. Apparently when it was at the depot and they repartitioned the hard drive, they installed a recovery partition leaving the available drive space at 12.4 GB. I contacted support again and they tell me to upgrade the hard drive (eMMC is soldered to the board). Then they tell me that we you know what space you have when you get a computer with 32GB. Completely worthless.

Nightmare

Touchpad was never responsive and stopped after 6 months. Read reviews on Dell support. They are worthless. I am still waiting for repair which they have no interest in providing.

Not good...not enough hard drive.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop was a disappointment. Once the windows updates were downloaded there was very little hard drive space left for anything else. The dropbox app slowed it down even more. The latency was horrible.
