If you don't need a CD drive, this is a low price reliable laptop. I bought it on sale for $114. at Christmas time. Easy set up and no problems. Not fast ...But not slow

Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas and she hasn't put it down since. This laptop provides everything she needs and has a great battery life. MS Office free for one year was also great to have included.

The computer it's self is good, just go little storage for someone who has to keep up with many paper work. Overall good product.

The surface and keyboard of this laptop are so smooth. I love the ease my fingers have navigating the keyboard. It's also very light weight and sheik. Works very well for my purpose and the monitor is just right.

happy with the laptop great price but wireless adaptor keeps having issue. Have to disable and enable to make work again.

Good product light weight and easy to use. Got it for my mom for her birthday and she loved it. Good display on the screen and comes with great prigrams already installed. Would definitely buy another one.

I just needed a laptop to remote into my work computer and this one does that perfectly. Battery life is good, and it is lightweight. It would be nice if the graphics were a bit clearer and if the keyboard lit up. Other than that, great device for the money.

Great PC for my husband a casual user. The keyboard and mouse is easy to use.

My daughter is in high school and uses this computer for school. The processor is fast and the computer is a very light and compact design. The year of office 360 is a huge plus. The hard is very small, 32 gigs, but the one drive online storage that is included helps make up for it. If you buy this laptop I recommend installing all windows updates before installing office. Over all for the money well worth it.

still learning about it but have found it to be very quick & reliable. I like the size & weight.My grandson recommended a wireless mouse & he was right,,it is easier to use than the internal mouse.

All in all, it works well. Mouse touch pad isn't that great. Buy a wireless mouse, trust me. It's rebooted a few times on me but since then it's been ok. It's a good deal for what you get but if you have the money to spend for something better, do it.

originally bought an open box one had to return it, it was full of viruses they gave us a new one & instructed us to remove whatever virus protection it came with & install the 6 month trial one [that was part of the package]==no more problems

I love it! Light weight and super thin. Dell laptops are my favorite. I bought the item for a feast price and I highly recommend buying it from best but. You will receive awesome assistance.

For the money it works perfectly fine. Bought for my elderly mother and she has found it easy to use. If you're looking to email . Skype and surf the web for info it's plenty. Probably not powerful enough for gaming or a ton of downloads

This computer comes with 32GB HD NOT enough to run any version of windows. The only way to recoup space is to use an external DVD and reinstall a clean copy of windows. This will give you more space for updates and programs. You can also insert SD card to expand space.

works well, battery lasts a long time, it can be a little slow on start up but it gets the job done

My kids bought this laptop for themselves. It's slow, but works well enough for their intentions.

Screen is good and bright, processor good enough to do common jobs such as email and surfing the web...would have given them a 5 star instead of 4...no labor warranty, only parts...another word if you can fix it, toss it....
