    The computer itself is great.unfortunately I chose to have it delivered because the Best Buy web site said that would be faster than picking it up from the store. Big mistake. Nearly a month later I finally was able to pick it up at the store after delivery failed. This also require about 2 hours of time either talking with customer service or on hold. If you buy this computer, pick it up at the store!

    The product was good but when it came time to adjust the price because it had gone on sale almost chased me away from dealing with the Best Buy customer service. I had to physically go to the store in person because the store doesn’t take phone calls. I live a good distance from the store. Thank God for the young man at the Victory Lakes store who got everything taken care of. It’s because of him that I’ll stay a Best Buy customer
