What a piece of junk! Picked up on 4/1, set up on 4/2 and on 4/17 it is totally dead. Return window closed on 4/16. So what now? I get to pay a bunch more for Geek Squad protection so I can get a 2-week-old laptop repaired????? Really??? Beyond that, this thing felt really cheap when it worked. Not at all like the Dell I was replacing. Which still works BTW but can't upgrade Windows 10. This is a racket!!

I was so looking forward to using this Dell computer since I already had one that has lasted five years and still going strong. However, with this current model, when I started windows setup, there were issues: it would not connect to the internet and would stay frozen in some windows home screen without any apps. So I had to return it immediately. Thus, won't recommend.

I purchased this Laptop (Dell i3520-7896BLK-PUS) in July 2024. After updates and restarts, it won't power on again. It was a waste of money. I guess Dell makes cheap laptops. I won't buy Dell again. HP is much better than Dell.

Open box excellent condition product was not worth the hassle. Product did not come as advertised with proper accessories and during set up, I experienced technical hiccups almost immediately. Had to return the same day.

It's January - I bought this laptop in September 2024 and five months later it won't power on. The bottom gets hot with no activity from the keys or screen. It worked fine since purchased with no symptoms of issue(s) until now

DO NOT purchase this if you are buying a PC that has Microsoft on it already!!!! Don't waste your money!!! What do you mean I missed the returnable time period?? how will i ever cancel as it wants to auto renew!??

The computer was slow for its specs, it still has DDR4 and the build quality is not good. They keyboard caves in when typing.

Not going to lie....the product itself is great. It came nearly as described. Open box in excellent condition. What it didn't mention is that the battery dies after you take it off the charger within 45 minutes to an hour.

My laptop stopped working displaying is not visible and the caps lock button is turning on and blinking all the time .

Provided defective product and not proper cleaned. I paid extra for the proper check but mouse over is getting lot of sound

The computer has frozen up. Need to return/exchange it.

Very easy to set up. So far speed seems great. Light weight

Computer is fast and works great. Different programs makes it hard to use. Just new to updated and programs. Need to load some of the older programs that I used to use.

This is a new laptop that replaced a new laptop purchased that was defective. So the Total Membership worked and the replacement when within 30 days. Prep of the new and transfer of information from the prior laptop to the new one went better than the experience before.
