    Computer is fast and works great. Different programs makes it hard to use. Just new to updated and programs. Need to load some of the older programs that I used to use.

    This is a new laptop that replaced a new laptop purchased that was defective. So the Total Membership worked and the replacement when within 30 days. Prep of the new and transfer of information from the prior laptop to the new one went better than the experience before.

    Bad computer had it for a few days it stopped charging and the screen not functioning properly. 2 days to late to get a refund. Factory warranty but it well be 2 weeks for them to possibly fix it.
