I love my laptop! It was definitely an upgrade from my former laptop. It's speed is so great! I can have many applications open and the speed is still the same. I would definitely recommend!

Nice size and weight with good battery life and capability.

This the first time i’ve had a brand new laptop in a long time. I’m pretty tech savvy so when I say this laptop is amazing,it’s not just because I haven’t had a new one in years lol.

Decent PC for work and entertainment. The touch screen is nice, but the max brightness is not enough to work outside in sunlight. I wish the camera had a manual cover.

Easy to navigate and came with free download of Microsoft Office. Plenty of room to download a large volume of files from my old computer. So far, very happy with my purchase.

This laptop has it all, or at least everything I want. Its fast and can handle anything I've thrown at it. The i7 processor has made all the difference.

It is always a good option to buy with best buy, for safety and for the guarantee. Whenever I buy some equipment I go to the store or I do it online and it's the best.

Great machine, 16 GB RAM and 1TB drive, easy setup, just what I wanted for a powerful and portable computer. I am really a Linux guy, but have found that Windows 11 has lots to offer with current version of PowerShell and WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux).

I like this laptop so much. My previous laptop was a different brand and I never felt it was up to Dell standards. Windows 11 is a bit of a new experience, but very glad that it works well. I work from home and this model does everything our company software requires as well as being online most of the day in meetings.

Thanks to a Best Buy sale, I was able to purchase an excellent Dell Inspirion laptop to use in place of my old Toshiba which had crashed recently (and Toshiba no longer makes them). I now use the Dell instead of a desktop, and found it robust and easy to use.

An excellent lap top with the state of the art technology. It is more than meeting my needs and expectations. I recently used it in a Zoom deposition--great quality and is assisting me in my consulting work. I highly recommend it!

Display very nice - at first I wondered if the power button worked. It didn’t seem like it turned on like it should but it seems to be working fine now. The battery life is not great.
