Love it!! I would recommend this computer to any one needing an affordable computer.

This computer was a great buy for me. It had all of the specs. that I wanted to move on from Windows 10. It came with Windows 11 in S mode but can be switched out of it easily. My old Dell has a built-in DVD drive and LAN port that are not included with this computer. I occasionally use these features, so I purchased a USB DVD drive and a USB to LAN adapter to replace those features. I am very satisfied with this computer.

Unfortunately, it was stuck in Windows 11 Home S Mode. There is an option to exit S Mode if you want a fully functional Windows OS, and it is supposed to be easy to switch to do, but mine gave an error every time, and none of the troubleshooting steps I found online worked. And from what I found while troubleshooting, this seems to be a common problem with S Mode. The safest option is to avoid purchasing anything running Windows 11 in S Mode. So I returned it. For those who don't know, S Mode is a limited version of the Windows OS that prevents you from installing programs from outside the app store - which is most software, including all web browsers other than Edge. The lack of apps on the Windows Store is exactly why the Windows Phone failed, so why Microsoft insists on gambling on S Mode in the hopes that technically unsavvy users will settle for a computer that has only partial functionality and limited software, I can't imagine. Even Microsoft's own built in registry editor was treated as an "unverified program" and thus inaccessible.

Very user friendly and comfortable to use when typing. Highly recommend not to mention the price is very affordable for what you get.

This is my second Dell laptop.I have used the first one for 10 years. It has nice keyboard and performance is good. Always love to work on Dell laptop.

It works great with no problems, battery life is good. I've used it for over a month now.

Dell laptop is working fine so far. Only have it for a short time so not much can be said.

Two years ago we purchased this same Dell computer for our grandson. He loves it...so this year we purchased two more of the same Dell Inspiron 15s for our remaining high school graduating grand children. They are looking forward to taking the computer to college with them.

Excellent replacement for my 12 year Toshiba laptop. Have not used the touchscreen much yet. Great buy.
