I bought this for my wife as an upgrade. I have the i5 processor and this one is an I7 processor. It’s fast and easy to use. You can just about run and do anything with it. It boots up fast. This is only my second Dell, but I should have bought one long time ago.

Laptop is soo good and speed is also good good ram for affordable price

Great laptop. Operates very smoothly. Has an amazing amount of storage. Only thing is that the battery does tend to drain pretty quickly. That’s the only thing I have against it. Otherwise it’s a very solid laptop.

It a good laptop for personal use. I was not expecting it to be that fast, but it is.

This laptop has it all, or at least everything I want. Its fast and can handle anything I've thrown at it. The i7 processor has made all the difference.

I love this laptop! It's the perfect size for how I need to use it. The touch screen is great! I will say that the cursor pad is pretty sensitive and its easy to accidently rearrange and close out of tabs. Overall, I love it.

Display very nice - at first I wondered if the power button worked. It didn’t seem like it turned on like it should but it seems to be working fine now. The battery life is not great.

Great machine, 16 GB RAM and 1TB drive, easy setup, just what I wanted for a powerful and portable computer. I am really a Linux guy, but have found that Windows 11 has lots to offer with current version of PowerShell and WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux).

I've been using this computer for about a year now. I'm not a guy who spends a lot on tech so I got this laptop for a relatively good price and I've never had an issue with it. Need to keep it plugged in however, battery is not great.

Thanks to a Best Buy sale, I was able to purchase an excellent Dell Inspirion laptop to use in place of my old Toshiba which had crashed recently (and Toshiba no longer makes them). I now use the Dell instead of a desktop, and found it robust and easy to use.
