Great computer, difficult buying experience

Big mistake. Nearly a month later I finally was able to pick it up at the store after delivery failed. This also require about 2 hours of time either talking with customer service or on hold. If you buy this computer, pick it up at the store!

As a bonus, it was on sale when I bought it! A good purchase for my use of Word and Excel (I am not a gamer). Just having problems installing the printer driver that is supposed to be for Windows 11, and learning the new way Windows 11 is organized.
