Lightweight, easy to transport to meetings, this is used as a multipurpose laptop and exceeds our expectations.

This Dell laptop was an exceptional price and I am thoroughly happy with it. I gimped along with the old hp which I should have gotten a Dell to begin with this is my second Dell. The first one lasted 10 years. And this little beauty actually cost less than my new iPad.

Very Pleased. Speedy. Needed a Windows 11 machine. No back light keyboard might be a problem for some. Bought an open box model and saved a lot.

I purchased this item as a newer model only to find out that is does not come with the type c port this is after purchasing a lenovo took the Lenovo tonthe geek squad was told it would be 2 to 3 day process i had to come to the store several times before speaking with the manager who refunded my money back and the purchased a new laptop brought the total protection plan but your geek squad team suck at the Springhill location i might continue to use best buy but never the spring hill location

The laptop appears to be of okay quality, the keyboard keys feel a little flimsy so I can foresee a keyboard replacement in the future. The look of the laptop and the overall layout along with a good touchscreen, the unit, when on sale, was certainly worth the money. My biggest complaint about the unit is no USB C, so now I need to get a converter. Not a huge deal breaker, just not convenient as one of the 3 USB A ports, or two, could have been made a Type C. My overall biggest complaint, not counted in the review, is BestBuy itself. I purchased as a pick up at the store because they were in stock ... turns out they were not. I could have received the unit many days earlier had I just had it delivered.

Good machine, very fast and capacity to SD I recommend buying

One of my favorite features is the 15.6" touch screen. It’s bright, responsive, and the resolution is perfect for both productivity and entertainment. Whether I’m watching movies, browsing the web, or using touch-friendly apps, the experience is enjoyable.

It works flawlessly. We use it just to do small work on it, not necessarily for work. It gets the job done and the touchscreen is a PLUS.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 Touch Screen a week ago. It seems to be a good choice so far. It is being used for web searching and email basically so no need for anything more advanced. Battery life and speed seems to be ok. Our internet is not too good so can't expect too much from the Dell. Very light weight and easy to use

Great screen size and responsiveness. Only downside is purchased for small business and it runs Windows Home instead of Windows Enterprise - lesson learned for next time!

The price is just right for this laptop by Dell. It’s actually the second one I’ve purchased recently, the first was for my son for school work. The processing speed, onboard memory, and performance is more than capable of using the Microsoft suite, remote learning, surfing the web, etc
