Very happy with my purchase!!! Good speed and I love the touchscreen.

Good quality laptop. Setup was easy. Screen is comparable to my old HP laptop but overall size is smaller. Very fast.

Laptop working perfectly and I got an open box one. I don't use it for much but it does what i need it to. My son uses it for school when needed.

Normally I would give this a 5 star...but this one... Came with WINDOWS 11 "S mode"???!!! Which REQUIRES you to get any apps from the Microsoft store ONLY??! Very strange! It took me a couple of hours to figure out how to get it back to a "normal" Windows 11. Not sure who did that Microsoft, DELL or Best Buy...I'll never buy another one with W11-S!

Its a bang for your buck computer. It does what i need it to for school and for my Co-op class as a senior in high school. And I do plan to use this for college aswell. Only thing that is annoying is that there are no USB-C ports but even then id rather have more IO than a type c port

I’ve had this computer since april 2024 and it’s been a okay actually great experience with it ! I’ve used to fully to play and run the sims 4 with cc and mods and it’s done a great job with it BUT it’s fully nothing and wouldn’t be great without a cooling pad. I had the computer firstly for two days before I bought the cooling pad and was happier. For my simmers or beginners in sims I play with a folder of 11 gb fully with clothing and mods no furniture except for like three pieces. Trying the whole full load doesn’t let me fully play the way I would like. But it’s worth it

Great configuration for the price. Most laptops with the same features and specs would cost a couple hundred dollars more. Time will tell if it's a reliable PC. So far it is meeting expectation.

Very quick. The mouse cursor has a tendency to disappear, thank goodness it’s also a touch screen! Also micro soft blocks and new software not obtained through their store making things a bit burdensome.

Good Value for Money. This product is well worth every penny spent, just get a good case to keep it in cuz the material it’s made from are not metal but rather plastic

I mainly got this to play Sims on. I had gotten something else but it wasnt fit for that. So I returned it, but I also didnt want to spend $800+ on a computer. They suggested this one and it was on sale even, and I really like it! I dont use it for too much, but Sims works well and it just seems like a fast computer overall. No complaints!

I really love this laptop! It does just what I need. It's lightweight and a perfect size.

Good product runs fast and operates good has a good battery life as well.
